Delivery Please note that you may be required to pay extra for delivery depending on your location. Specific details of delivery charges are provided on our website. We usually deliver within 7 days but if there is a delay you will be notified. Our couriers deliver 9am to 3pm, Monday to Friday. If there's no one at the delivery address during these hours, please make sure you inform us if other arrangements are to be made for delivery, or our courier will return the parcel to our distribution centre and further carriage costs will be incurred. Instructions can be added to the “Special Instructions” box on our online order form. Our UK Mainland shipping charge is currently £6.00.. Our international shipping rates are detailed on our Shop page. We reserve the right to amend these prices without notice. Payment You can pay by VISA, VISA DELTA, MASTERCARD or MAESTRO. You can also pay by PayPal. Our website uses PayPal to enable you to make fast, free, secure online payments. Authority for payment must be given at the time of order. You will not pay anything extra when you pay by credit/debit card. We will accept online orders placed by the authorised cardholder only. If you do not possess a suitable credit/debit card you cannot order a TCB product in your name. If a credit/debit card belonging to a third party is to be used, the order must be placed and completed by the card holder and delivery will be to the cardholder’s address only. Returns TCB will accept return of TCB products subject to the following conditions:- 1. The TCB product must be returned to TCB complete and in their original packaging within 14 days for sales within the UK. You are entirely responsible for safe delivery and cost of returned items. The cost of dispatch and return will only be refunded where the fault lies with the manufacture. 2. We will either replace or refund faulty goods providing this has not been caused by misuse. 3. Ring 01709 83 88 83 for the address for returns. If you receive a special offer complimentary item from us and you return the item you purchased in order to receive this special offer, the special offer complimentary item must also be returned. We will not refund the original item purchased until everything, including the complimentary offer, is returned in its entirety, including handles or any other component. Claims All claims must be made within 14 days of receipt of our products. Refunds For Order Out of the Designated Shipping Area(s) Areas covered by our shipping contract are stated on our website. Refunds for orders placed outside of that area will be subject to a 5% fee to cover all costs. Cancellation You are entitled to cancel your order anytime prior to dispatch.
